I invite you in my country, Romania.

I'll begin with a brief geographical and demographic.

Romania has a surface area of 238,391 km². 
Official language: Romanian 
Accession to the EU in January 2007.
 
Romania is a country located in the southeastern part of Central Europe, on the alDunării, North of the Balkan peninsula and the north-western shore of the Black Sea. its territory is located near all the area of the Danube Delta and the southern and central part of the Carpathian Mountains. It borders Bulgaria to the South, Serbia to the Southwest, Hungary to the Northwest, North, and East to Ukraine and Moldova in Eastern Europe, and the Black Sea coast can be found to the Southeast.
The country's capital is Bucharest, which also is the largest city.
In Romania there are still five cities that have a large population (around 300.000 inhabitants) and falling in the rankings of the most populated cities in the European Union. These are: Iași, Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Constanța, and Craiova.
 
Relief 
Of the entire surface of Romania, 28% is occupied by mountains (over 800 m above sea level), 42% of plateaus and hills (200 to 800 m altitude) and 30% of the Plains (below 200 m).
The relief is aimed at the arc of the Carpathians. In the center of the Transylvanian plateau, surrounded by the mountain ranges of Eastern Carpathians, Western Carpathians and in that stretch, like a lower gear, Tablelands and Plains, the passage through the subcarpathian hills.
 
Climate
Romanian Climate  is temperate-continental transition.
 
Tourism
Tourism in Romania focuses on natural landscapes and its rich history, having also an important contribution to the economy of the country.
In recent years, Romania has become a tourist destination for many Europeans. Resorts such as Mangalia, Saturn, Venus, Neptun, Olimp and Mamaia are among the main attractions during the summer. In winter the ski resorts of Valea Prahovei and Poiana Brașov are popular destinations for foreign tourists.
For their medieval atmosphere and castles around the Transylvanian cities, such as Sibiu, Brașov, Sighișoara, Cluj-Napoca and Târgu Mureș have become important tourist attractions.
 
Politics
According to the Constitution, Romania is a nation State, sovereign and independent, unitary and indivisible State. The form of Government of the Romanian State is semi-presidential. The State is organized according to the principle of separation and balance of powers — legislative, Executive, and judicial – within the framework of constitutional democracy.
 
Religion
Romanian Orthodox Church is a religious institution in Romania, with the largest number of believers. The Orthodox Church, with traditions of nearly two millennia, has deep roots in the cultural and social sector in Romania. It is an autocephalous church is in communion with other Orthodox churches. Most of the Romanian population, i.e.,% 86,7 said as Christian Orthodox confession. The share of religious communities belonging to other branches of Christianity is as follows: Roman Catholic (4.7%), reformed (by 3.7%), Pentecostal (1.5%) and Romanians United (0.9%).
 
Sport
At the international level, the Romanian football team has participated thus far to seven World Championships. The great successes it has achieved during the 1990s. In 1994, the United States World Cup, Romania's team was able to reach up into quarters, finishing the 6 position in the FIFA rankings.
